By using AI Features, you agree that you use them at your own risk, you are responsible for how you interpret outputs, and you will seek professional help when appropriate.

Caya makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or usefulness of AI-generated content.

4. User Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of your credentials, and be responsible for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to use the Services unlawfully, share or exploit app content without permission, reverse engineer or copy the Services, or interfere with system performance or security.

All content, software, and features are owned by or licensed to GULA LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

You retain ownership of your content but grant Caya a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to operate and improve the Services.

8. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features may require payment. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Payments are processed by third-party providers.
